European Commission had declared that they will help Russia in modernization (to accomplish presidents Miedwiediew modernization program).
Project of program “ Partnership for modernization” has been already prepared and passed to Russia. The main elements of that program are: Invest climate improvement, including russian non-governmental organizations into modernization process and taking over by Russia European standards and technical regulations. The project will be ready before summit of UE-Russia planned on 30 of May. |
